School Age recreational gymnastics promote motor skills development and self-confidence for school age children age 5 up through teen years. School age children learn best through excellent coaching and solid progressions that build confidence. Success is built one day at a time with specific goals, repetition and a plan to get there. Our talented coaches are experts at breaking down complicated, sometimes scary skills into components that are achievable and less intimidating. Curriculum follows the USA Gymnastics safety guidelines.

Kinder Gym (age 5+) classes offer students, both co-ed and boys-only, an introduction to basic gymnastics skills. This 50-minute transitional class challenges young children with skills to prepare them for our girls and boys recreational programs. Students learn to focus, follow directions, try new activities, take on challenges while using their imagination to create basic body positions and movement. A solid gymnastics foundation is built with skills like cartwheels, handstands, rolls plus event basics on floor, bars, rings, beam, Tumbl Trak, trampoline & vault.
Beginning Gymnastics is a beginning co-ed class for ages 6+ that moves at a slightly faster pace and progression than Kinder Gym. Students learn basic gymnastics terminology, skills, to focus, follow directions, try new activities, take on challenges, use their imagination to create basic body positions and movement. A solid gymnastics foundation is built with skills like cartwheels, handstands, rolls plus event basics on floor, bars, rings, beam, Tumbl Trak, trampoline & vault.
Older Girls Advanced classes offer beginning gymnastics for girls ages 8+ and progress at a faster pace, with gender-specific skills, for more mature beginners. Students learn gymnastics terminology, basic skills, take on new challenges and build body confidence. A solid gymnastics foundation is built with skills like cartwheels, handstands, rolls plus event basics on floor, bars, rings, beam, Tumbl Trak, trampoline & vault.
