Parent-Child classes promote motor skills development and self-confidence for young children 1 – 2 years old. Children attend with their parent or caregiver and are engaged in fun, rewarding one-on-one time with their favorite person in the world…YOU. Physical activity is critical to a healthy and enjoyable life. Young children love to be active and learn best through fun and play. Toddler ONESies classes for 1 yr. olds are 50-minute parent-child classes. While staying within a ‘hugs reach’ of your child, you’ll both enjoy soft play stations for free exploration, catchy songs about body parts, movement and spatial awareness. Each week a basic skill like balancing is taught by one of our amazing parent-child coaches, helping you every step of the way. Tidbits on gross motor and brain development help you learn more about the importance of movement for young children. Toddler ONEsies is best for children who are at least able to pull up to stand with assistance. This special one-on-one time with your child is the best gift you can give yourself and your child.

Toddler TWOsies classes for 2 yr. olds are 50-minute parent-child classes. While staying within a ‘hugs reach’ of your child, you’ll both enjoy soft play stations for free exploration, catchy songs about body parts, movement and spatial awareness. Skill-focused activities include a themed obstacle course with lots of basics like rolling, jumping and balance. Tidbits on gross motor and brain development help you learn more about the importance of movement for young children. This special one-on-one time with your child is the best gift you can give yourself and your child.
